How much does couples counselling cost in Leeds?

Couples sessions are 50 minutes: £95 with Julie Marshall or £100 with Jodie Slee. Most couples start with weekly or fortnightly sessions.

How much does EMDR therapy cost?

EMDR sessions with Jodie are £100 for 50 minutes or £145 for 90 minutes. If you'd like to make faster progress, Jodie also offers EMDR intensives through her specialist practice, Accelerate EMDR.

Is there an extra charge for face-to-face sessions?

Face-to-face sessions with Jodie are an additional £15 to cover room hire. Online sessions are charged at the standard rate.

Which therapist should I choose?

Jodie specialises in trauma, EMDR and trauma-informed relationship work. Julie specialises in relationship therapy, couples counselling, psychosexual therapy and compulsive sexual behaviour. If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll help you find the right fit.

Can I use private health insurance?

It depends on your insurer and your policy. Please check with your provider before your first session to see whether your therapy is covered.

How do I pay?

You'll receive an invoice to pay before each session.

What's your cancellation policy?

50-minute sessions need 72 hours' notice and longer sessions (80 minutes or more) need 4 days' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full. This applies to sessions with both Jodie and Julie.
